If you paddled with us from about 2004-2010, you'll remember we regularly had sandbars from August through the end of the season. High water the last few years has allowed the sandbars to remain elusive. <br /><br />Now that its January, the river has finally dropped enough and the big sandbar across from Rocheport is finally resurfacing.
